About Olga:
I am a Barcelona-based wine professional with a focus on export & communications.
My wine journey began in 2011 when I moved from Ukraine to France and graduated as MSc in wine business (Burgundy Business School).
Another professional milestone - internship in Champagne House converted me into the bubbles’ lover forever!
My project ViniComm was kick-started in 2013 with a goal to support smaller family wineries, helping them with export and communications. My recent experiences include writing for the Ukrainian wine magazine, conducting wine tastings and advancing my blog @vinicomm where I share wine & travel stories.
The SWS program contributed to my deeper understanding of Spanish wines and gave me insights on the wine selection & approaches for the different export markets. There is so much more to discover in the world of Spanish wines and I am convinced that more importers and buyers should dive into those undiscovered wines with a fantastic value.
